Dr Yasir Noorani is the clinical director and works at the practice full-time. With his wealth of experience he focuses on patient’s needs and comfort. His caring and gentle approach changes the perspective of patients who are phobic to dental treatment.
General and Cosmetic Dentist
He started his career in general dentistry in 2003. He trained for postgraduate qualifications in Dundee and attained a postgraduate Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Having gained specialist experience in complex restorative and cosmetic dentistry, Yasir returned to general dental practice in 2006.
Implant Surgeon
Yasir has a specialist interest in implant dentistry. After working with one of the leading implantologists in the country at Harley Street for 2 years he completed a certificate in implant dentistry. Later with his experience and training he secured a diploma in Implant dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons. Since then he has been updating his skills in the more complex level of this field and has invested in the state for the art equipment at the practice geared to carry out advanced level of treatment. He is a member of the Association of Implantology UK and International Team of Implantology.
Yasir is also a visiting implant dentist at other practices and is a keen mentor.
Facial Aesthetics
Yasir has also been trained by one of the leading facial surgeons to carry out wrinkle reduction treatments and dermal fillers to enhance the facial fitness of the patients.
Yasir takes a caring approach and aims to explain all treatment options effectively to ensure that the patient has input and is comfortable in the decision that he/she makes. His patients are like his extended family who he looks after to the best of his ability.

Mariam is an Orthodontic Specialist and takes a keen interest in the fine details of finishing a smile. She works at the practice part-time and at the hospital as an Orthodontic Consultant the rest of the week. She is a keen teacher and enjoys the complex work in the hospital environment. This brings to our practice her expertise in planning complex cases, ensuring we can offer and manage simple and complex orthodontic treatments with ease for both adults and children.
Mariam completed her Orthodontic Specialist training and Masters with distinction from Kings College Hospital. She then went on to complete her Orthodontic Consultant Training in complex cases at the Royal London and Ipswich Hospitals. She has worked in both practice and hospital and has experience of Oral and Maxillofacial, Paediatric and Special Care Dentistry, Orthodontics and Restorative Dentistry.
In 2009 after securing her postgraduate Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and of England she returned to work in practice.
She takes a gentle approach and aims to explain and discuss treatment options effectively with patients to formulate a well-understood treatment plan. Her main interests are Orthodontics (Braces) and minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry.
Ewa graduated from Medical University of Lublin in Poland in 2005 with a Diploma of Completion of Master`s Programme of Higher Education in Medicine Dentistry, gaining a professional title of Dental Practitioner in General Dentistry. In 2006 she was awarded with the State-Recognised Certificate from Examination Centre for Medical and Dental Practitioners in Lodz, holding a licence to practise as a member of the Regional Chamber of Medical and Dental Practitioners. Since then, she has continued to educate herself in different fields of dentistry to be confident with addressing all patients needs.
Ewa has a special interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Her experience is certified by many diplomas from the world`s leading specialists in cosmetic dentistry. She places particular emphasis on maintaining the highest standard of services and her relationship with a patient has always been based on mutual trust and respect.
She is also interested in prosthetics, a rapidly developing field of dentistry that offers interesting solutions to patients who have lost their teeth and want to regain a beautiful smile and self-confidence. She has extensive experience in prosthetic treatment, which allows her finding a solution for the complex needs of patients. Over the years of work, she cooperated with certified prosthetic laboratories, gaining confidence in planning complicated prosthetic treatment at a high level.
Ewa believes in a holistic approach to every patient, which is supported by a strong medical background and knowledge of pharmacology and medicine.
Dr Rudi obtained his medical degree at Stellenbosch in 2000 and has been working in Emergency Medicine in the UK from 2003 until 2018. He has kept his ALS and PALS certificates current over the last 20 years.
In 2008 he started working in NHS Dental Sedation Referral Centres in and around London. Due to the high turnover in these clinics, he has done over 20 000 sedations in adults and children by 2018. In 2014 he acted as honorary lecturer for University College London in their post-graduate dental sedation course and in 2016 he attended his first international course and conference in the US on Paediatric Sedation, and since then has been passionate about children’s sedation. In 2015 he started providing private dental sedations and set up a Sedation Service in 2017.
In 2020 he set up clinical governance in paediatric sedation for out of hospital treatments in line with the national guidelines and hence expanded his service to include children. He has a team of friendly, highly trained and experienced nurses who joins him with children’s sedation.
In 2022 the Service has rebranded to become Advanced Sedation Ltd and had registered as a Designated Body with the GMC.
Dr Rudi is registered with the GMC and indemnity with MPS. He is a member of ADA, SAAD and Medsu. He has been Chair of the ADA (Association of Dental Anaesthetists) from 2020-21 and currently still sits on the ADA Council.
Dr. Amna Rashid is a highly skilled dental surgeon with advanced expertise in fixed and removable prosthodontics. Currently undertaking her Master of Clinical Dentistry at King’s College London, one of the world’s leading institutions, Dr. Rashid focuses on delivering sophisticated, long-lasting solutions that restore both function and beauty.
Her clinical interests lie in implant and aesthetic dentistry, with a particular emphasis on smile design and full-mouth rehabilitation. Dr. Rashid combines precision, artistry, and cutting-edge technology to achieve results that are not only natural-looking but exquisitely tailored to each patient.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and a calm, patient-centred approach, Dr. Rashid is dedicated to delivering a seamless and elevated dental experience. Kiruthiga is a caring and dedicated Dental Therapist and Hygienist, practising since early 2024. She is known for her empathetic approach, excels at supporting nervous patients and helping them feel at calm and ease. She is known for her gentle touch and patient-centred care, focuses on prevention, education, and long-term oral health; believes in creating a positive dental experience for everyone she treats.
When she’s not in the clinic, Kiruthiga loves exploring new places and discovering new experiences beyond the dental chair.
Shirley is qualified dental nurse who has worked for more than 30 years as a nurse and recently become our new practice manager.
Shirley is very good with all patients, particularly with those patients who are anxious.
Shirley is a natural leader and motivator, always bringing out the best in each member of the team. She has a natural grace which adds warmth and a calm efficiency to the whole practice.
Debbie Ashton has over 30 years of experience as a receptionist across various industries. She is known for her professional, approachable manner and is often the first friendly face our patients see.
Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family, including her six grandchildren. She has a keen interest in music, motorsports, and travel, and values time spent socialising and relaxing.
Natalie is friendly and hardworking part of our team with great listening and communication skills.
She is an excellent team player who brings warmth and enthusiasm to our practice. She loves to engage fully and share creative ideas. Natalie is a mother of four beautiful children and really helps ease the anxiety in the children that come in our practice.

Meet Nimeesha, our dedicated and compassionate trainee nurse, currently completing her nursing qualifications while gaining hands-on experience within the practice. With a strong passion for patient care and a calm, reassuring nature, Nimeesha is committed to learning every aspect of clinical support and patient wellbeing.
She is especially interested in preventative care and is always eager to expand her knowledge in both general and specialist areas of nursing. Nimeesha works closely with our clinical team to ensure patients feel supported, safe, and listened to throughout their visit.
